Lanette Reed is a psychology practitioner and identity-focused, trauma-informed coach with a passion for helping women heal from the inside out and become deeply rooted in Christ. With over 25 years of ministry experience, she blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), neuroscience, and biblical theology to guide women into emotional wholeness, spiritual clarity, and lasting transformation. Whether she is leading a room of women, guiding a couple toward breakthrough, or coaching someone one-on-one, Lanette’s mission remains the same: to help people heal, renew their minds, and grow into the identity Christ designed them to carry.

As a marriage speaker and author, Lanette travels nationwide with her husband, Sean, sharing hope, wisdom, and practical tools for building strong, Christ-centered families. Married for 26 years, they are the proud parents of three adult children, and their message is shaped by decades of real-life parenting, ministry, and walking out the very principles they teach. Lanette specializes in helping women navigate the emotional and spiritual challenges that shape their identity and relationships.
